Governing Laws
Your hereby agree that the use of our website and our services are at your own discretion and is governed by the Laws of the Republic of Fiji
Limitations
None of the information used on our website may be used, redistributed, reproduced, advertised, for commercial use or for any other purpose without out prior consent and/or approval. No Third Party may be authorized and permitted to use and/or solicit Vuvale Transfer & Tours without our express written consent and/or approval.
Liability Limitation
Vuvale Transfer & Tours shall hold no liability for any and all claims, loses, costs, expenses, (including legal fees incurred), and damages in what so ever kind and or form and or nature including general damages and special damages, punitive, and incidentals and exemplary damages based on any concept of liability in connection to the use of the Vuvale Transfer & Tours website and information contained herein.
Changes and Amendments
Vuvale Transfer & Tours reserves the full right to change and amend these terms and conditions, and/or content or any portion of our website at any given time without notice.
Bookings
Any booking made is made at your own discretion and once a booking is made, it is 100% confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking cancelled within 48 hours of commencement – will incur 100% cancellation fee which is the full charge of the booking. Booking cancelled within 24 hours from commencement will incur 50% refund ONLY. There will BE NO REFUND made by the company to any other cancellation of bookings made less than 24 hours to us.
Baggage
Vuvale Transfer & Tours will not be responsible for any loss or damage of luggage even though all reasonable cautions will be taken.
A standard sized checked in luggage and one carry on is allowed per passenger. We can accommodate for extra luggage depending on the vehicle space, however there will be a price difference should there be a need to upgrade to a bigger vehicle and you will be charged accordingly.
Vehicle allocation – passenger numbers
Listed herein is the vehicle allocation upon booking. Selecting the numbers will allocate the booking to the stated vehicle size on the booking form. The vehicle size is of your own choosing (for space and a comfortable ride). You are also required to state the number of passengers accordingly.
1 – 4 passengers – 5 Seater Vehicle
5 – 9 passengers – 10 Seater Vehicle
10 – 15 passengers – 15 Seater Vehicle
22 passengers – 28 Seater Vehicle
Baby Car Seats
The Baby Car seats are available on request. Car seats are available at $20 FJ per seat, and should be made together with the booking.
